All letters are sent by Australia Post using standard mail. Delivery times can vary depending on your location.

Missing Mail
If a letter hasn’t arrived more than four weeks after the expected delivery timeframe, get in touch and we’ll help where we can.

Gifts & Subscriptions
Gift cards and gift subscriptions are one-off purchases. To continue receiving letters, an ongoing subscription is needed.
